1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website at **sylgeo.com** and our Sylgeo subscription services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Subscription Plans & Payments

Access to Pro and Agency subscription features requires active recurring or one-off payments processed via **Razorpay**.

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
• You agree to provide valid billing information. All card, netbanking, or UPI payments are securely processed through Razorpay's PCI-compliant systems.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Sylgeo platform to:

• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from our scanning engines.
• Exploit our OpenRouter API endpoints to run arbitrary AI copywriting tasks unrelated to GEO optimizing.
• Resell or redistribute the services to third parties without owning an Agency-tier license.

4. Intellectual Property

The code, UI designs, databases, and copywriting algorithms in Sylgeo remain the exclusive property of Sylgeo. Copy generated by our GEO Writer remains licensed to you for search visibility publication.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sylgeo provides research audit metrics "as is." We do not guarantee that AI search visibility recommendations will yield specific ranking positions on third-party models (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
