1. Digital Delivery Only

Sylgeo (sylgeo.com) provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications. We **do not ship any physical goods** to shipping addresses. All software access, dashboard widgets, and scanning tools are delivered entirely through virtual browser-based sessions.

2. Delivery Timelines

Access to Pro or Agency subscription plan features is **provisioned immediately** upon successful transaction completion through Razorpay.

  • Once payment verification succeeds, your account tier will update dynamically in real time.
  • A confirmation receipt showing purchase details and transaction references will be generated and sent to your registered email address automatically.

3. Issues with Access Delivery

If your plan tier does not upgrade instantly after a successful payment debit:

  • Do not initiate double purchases. Refresh your dashboard page.
  • If the issue persists for more than 10 minutes, contact support at support@sylgeo.com with your Razorpay transaction ID, and our team will manually review and provision your plan access.
