Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription plan (Pro, Agency) at any time directly from the settings panel on your dashboard, or by contacting our support team at support@sylgeo.com. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

2. 7-Day Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our AI search optimization tools. If you decide that our platform does not suit your needs, you are eligible to request a full refund within **7 days** of your initial purchase date.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved:

• The refund will be credited back to your original payment source (credit card, bank account, or UPI) via Razorpay.
• Refund processing takes approximately **5 to 7 working days** to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's procedures.

4. Abuse of Service

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect user patterns that violate our terms, such as scanning massive directories of search prompts during the refund window and then requesting refunds immediately.
